  They open at 7am and it didn't look like they had a set closing time, in case anyone was wondering.
  
  Had a pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel has a really good texture but is too lightly seasoned with "stuff" for my taste. They microwaved an egg which was weird but it doesn't taste too bad. The pork roll tastes more like ham, I would try a different meat.
  
  I read the reviews before I went as I was looking for their hours so I was scared that the service would be unfriendly but it wasn't. Won't charm your pants off but if I hadn't been nervous already I probably wouldn't have noticed anything amiss.

  Bad customer service from the short young woman working there. They do not toast the bagels unless you ask. this was my first time there, how should I know that? Also they microwave their eggs and meat in plastic Tupperware. The eggs are already cracked in the Tupperware sitting on the counter , no lid just open air waiting to be ordered... that grosses me out. I've never left a food establishment thinking that I can do this better myself. I will never be going back.

  I am a new yorker and this experience here was great. Bagel better than back home, great friendly and welcoming atmosphere . Quality of food perfect and extremely reasonable. Must go if in area. Will return when visit family
